Our pricing is organized to reflect the time, scale and complexity of the projects. By basing our fees off of real project costs it helps us fine tune your projects to specific budgets over time. We always offer opportunities for upselling and our contractor clients often end up with project budgets that are greater than at initiation after clients review their design

Tier 1

Projects with total cost of less than $40,000 to client are billed at a rate of $1000.

Tier 2

Projects with a total cost to client above $40,000 and below $200,000 are billed at a rate of 3% of total project cost.

Tier 3

Projects with a total cost to client above $200,000 are billed at a rate of 2.5% of total project cost.
